E-commerce Manager

Location: Stockholm (Onsite, Full-time)

Start date: September 2026 or as agreed

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager responsible for our online sales. You will own the e- commerce strategy and execution. To succeed in this role, we believe you have a commercial mindset and a problem-solving approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing and optimizing STAND STUDIO's D2C (direct-to-consumer) e-commerce offering.
Defining growth and profitability strategies and goals.
Following up on sales and results.
Planning and executing campaigns and activities.
Product enrichment and online merchandising.
Managing the development of standstudio.com, together with our digital agency.
Leading digital marketing initiatives together with the team and our digital agency.

The role includes people management responsibility for the e-commerce and customer service teams. You will also work closely with other departments to improve internal processes.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERTISE:

A minimum of three years experience from a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Results-oriented with experience in budgeting and performance analysis and reporting.
Customer-centric mindset and a good understanding of conversion rate optimization and customer acquisition.
Experience of working with digital marketing (SEO, SEM and paid social).
Project management and leadership skills.
Great communication skills in Swedish and English.
Relevant academic education
