The following terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products and services between you and STAND STUDIO through www.standstudio.com (the “Website”). STAND STUDIO is the trade name of the Swedish corporation “House of SAKI AB”. It is hereinafter referred to as “STAND STUDIO”, “we” or “us”.
STAND STUDIO reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time, in STAND STUDIO’s sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be in effect as of the "Last Update" referenced on the Website and in the header of these Terms.
We ask you to read these Terms prior to placing each order, as the Terms in force at the time of your order will govern the purchase. Your continued use of the Website after the "Last Update” date will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes, and you acknowledge and accept that these Terms shall apply to any orders you submit.
PRICES & FEES
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website are in Swedish crowns (SEK), Danish crowns (DKK), British pounds (GBP) and European euros (EUR). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), the prices include Swedish VAT at 25%.
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by STAND STUDIO, or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order. When an order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with all relevant information about your order. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. STAND STUDIO does not guarantee that all products shown on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. STAND STUDIO reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, if an item would be out of stock and cannot be delivered, or for any other reason. If so, we will notify you in an email after you have submitted your order.
Please note that the correct email, telephone number and physical address information is required when placing an order. STAND STUDIO takes no responsibility for deliveries that are lost because a customer has provided inaccurate delivery or contact information.
A purchase agreement is accepted when STAND STUDIO has sent you the order confirmation email. Please note that the correct email and physical address information is required when placing an order. If an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered, you will be notified in the delivery confirmation where the item stands as not delivered.
When placing an order using credit cards, your card is debited with the purchase amount once STAND STUDIO has sent you the order confirmation email. We work in cooperation with Adyen that handle all card information; no card information is handled by us. All transactions are encrypted and we have the support of 3D-secure, all for customer safety.

The estimated delivery time is calculated at the checkout. Please note that the delivery time can vary depending on the amount of orders being expedited and other conditions that STAND STUDIO cannot help.
We do not apply partial deliveries. When a customer's order is delivered, the purchase amount of the delivered items is debited. Once the items are left for delivery, a delivery confirmation will be sent by email. Whether the order will be sent to a delivery point or directly home appears on the delivery confirmation. A delivery notification will be sent via SMS when your package is ready to be collected at the delivery point. The package can be traced through kolli-id on the web.
Information for UK customers
STAND STUDIO ships your package according to Incoterm Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that you will not be charged any additional duty costs on your orders or returns.
STAND STUDIO sends all packages within Sweden with PostNord and the rest of Europe with DHL. In case of damaged and lost items during transportation to the customer, STAND STUDIO is liable of incurring costs. Please note that damaged or lost items must be notified to the customer service within a reasonable time (within 1 month). If the item is damaged or lost during the return shipping, you are liable of incurring costs.
For all non-collected packages a 15,5 EUR/175 SEK/115 DKK/12,5 GBP fee will be debited. The fee corresponds the costs of service fees, return shipping and handling. In case you regret an order and the package has already been sent from us, you must collect the package from the delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as non-collected and the 15,5 EUR/175 SEK/115 DKK/ 12,5 GBP fee will be debited.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You are entitled to return items within 14 days from the date of which you have received the item. For the return to be accepted, the returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with all tags still attached. If the products are not in such unused and undamaged condition, STAND STUDIO reserves the right to reject the return, and/or withhold any corresponding amount of the refund.
For credit card payments, the money will be refunded to your credit card when we have received the returned item. For invoice payments, we adjust the return amount. NOTE! That we will not send you a new invoice for a returned item. Use the original invoice for payment. Refund and adjustments of returns will be made within 14 days of when the return has been registered.
Note that the return policy only applies if you use the return label provided by us and return it correctly, according to the instructions you will receive after registering your return. STAND STUDIO will not pay any additional delivery costs if you return the order to us in any other way.
In case we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will of course be liable of return shipping fees.
STAND STUDIO does not accept exchange orders. Instead, we ask you to return the products, and order new items on www.standstudio.com.
Please note that items cannot be returned to other stores that sell STAND STUDIO.
If you receive defective product, please notify STAND STUDIO immediately of any material or production faults of the delivered item. This also implies to transport damages. STAND STUDIO follows the rules of consumer law.
