We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that you will not be charged any additional duty costs on your orders or returns.

Greece, Cyprus & Malta

  • DHL Express (15 EUR)

For all non-collected packages a 15,5 EUR/175 SEK/115 DKK/12,5 GBP fee will be debited.

Returns

After your order has been delivered you have 14 days to withdraw your purchase in our online shop if you wish to return a product, just follow the steps below:

1. Pack the items you wish to return securely in the original box or similar. The product has to be in unused condition with all labels attached for the return to be granted.

2. Register your return here.

3. You will receive a confirmation email together with further information on how to proceed with the return.

Note that the return policy only applies if you use the provided return label and return it correctly, according to the instructions in the e-mail you will receive in step 2. STAND STUDIO will not pay any additional delivery costs if you return the order to us in any other way.
